Product Information & Accuracy of content: Product information, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general description. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We have taken every care to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown.

Availability: All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Payment: Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling, and products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.

Delivery Services & charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the type of service you select and the delivery address. In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation. UK deliveries are sent with Royal Mail or a parcel carrier on a "before close of work" basis which means that your order should generally arrive with you before 5.30pm on the day we have indicated. However we cannot guarantee neither specify a time of day nor delivery date (subject to Royal Mail, MyHermes or other parcel carrier). Free delivery only applies if the value of available goods exceeds £50 (VAT included).

Damaged Goods: We ask that you inspect the boxes on delivery and if there are any signs of breakage i.e. damage to the box or wetness to the box etc. then do not sign for the parcel and send it back with the courier. If the goods are damaged when you open the box then please contact us within 5 working days. Damaged goods must be returned to Savourez Ltd, 2 Edenham Way, LONDON W10 5XA suitably packaged. We will then replace or refund the items damaged.

Cancellation & Returns: Customers have the right to cancel their order up to seven working days after receipt of the goods. In this circumstance the parcel must be returned to Savourez Ltd, 2 Edenham Way, LONDON W10 5XA suitably packaged. The following instructions have to be respected:

1.Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are meet.

2.Please include a note stating the reason for return, along with your original delivery documentation.

3.Please take your parcel to your choice of shipper. We recommend you local post office and please return your parcel to Savourez Ltd, 2 Edenham Way, LONDON W10 5XA suitably packaged.

We will then refund you within 30 days from the cancellation date. You most likely will have to pay the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, or different to the ones you ordered. A refund will not be issued until the goods have been returned.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law Savourez Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or any products sold from or referred to on this site.

Organic Certification: All food and drinks sold on this website are organically certified by EU certification bodies.
